Constraints: Flowershow plain Markdown mode with standard HTML and custom CSS; preserve real routes, semantic links, mobile readability, and the site navigation/footer. The old default hero and sidebar are absent only on this homepage.

Chosen direction: A contemporary field dispatch that is part of the site, not a framed miniature of it: warm paper, bottle-green ink, clay-red signal, deliberate rules, the existing compact nav logo, and two distinct field-report image crops at a bounded desktop measure.

Unresolved: The visual world is established for the homepage; future Use AI and Understand AI landing pages can inherit it in a later pass.
